(Cut up polyethylene plastic containers, traffic cones, baby's pools, fairy lights)
Bouillabaisse (Fish soup): brown the garlic clove, the onion and the fennel in the olive oil, as well as a crab cut in 2, fish skin then the tomato. Deglaze with white wine, add pepper, water, Espelette pepper and the bouquet garni. Bring to the boil and add some saffron. Reduce the heat, add in order conger, monkfish, rockfish, cicada, sting fish, sea bass and fish liver. Cover. Serve with garlic croutons, rouille sauce and plenty of garlic mayonnaise.
